1. Scope of this statement

This statement covers the Fashion online shop operated by AppForge Solution Kft., an e-commerce service within the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed in Hungary. It is published with the content of Annex V of the directive whether or not the seller is exempt as a microenterprise.

2. Description of the service

The shop sells small kitchen appliances, cookware and personal care appliances: product pages, basket, checkout, account, order tracking, returns and guarantee claims, help and legal notices. The content is served in five reading languages (Hungarian, English, German, Polish, French).

3. Requirements applied and conformity status

Development follows the harmonised standard EN 301 549, which carries the WCAG 2.1 level AA requirements. No external audit or documented full self assessment has been completed yet, so we regard the shop as partially conformant: the measures in section 4 are part of the build, and the result of the first formal assessment will be published on this page as a new version of this statement.

4. What the interface provides

  • Semantic page structure: one main heading per page, landmark regions (header, navigation, main content, footer), a heading hierarchy and a table of contents on long documents.
  • Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator; overlays are native dialogs that keep focus and close with the Escape key.
  • As development requirements, the main controls of the buying journey (buttons, form fields, menu items) are touch targets of at least 44 pixels, and form fields are built with text of at least 16 pixels, a label, an error message and a mobile keyboard type; whether this holds on every page is established by the first formal assessment under section 3.
  • Alternative text on images, captions on product videos; every animation respects the reduced motion system setting.
  • Changes to the basket and the filters are announced to screen readers; information is never conveyed by colour alone.
  • Automated accessibility checks are part of development (every change is checked against the jsx-a11y rule set).

5. Known shortcomings

The 3D product viewer and the kitchen planner are operated with a mouse or touch; the keyboard can switch between views but not rotate freely. Some product descriptions are supplier text whose plain language rewrite is in progress. Defects found are logged and fixed in following releases.

6. Feedback and contact

If you hit a barrier, write to [email protected] or call +36 30 583 1091; on the telephone we read this statement out on request. Please tell us the page, the device and the assistive technology involved. We answer within 30 days and tell you when we expect to have it fixed. If part of the shop is not accessible to you, we complete the purchase or the request for you by telephone or email.

7. Enforcement

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the market surveillance authority designated under the Hungarian accessibility act and to the consumer protection authority; the complaints notice has their contacts. A consumer resident elsewhere can turn to the authority responsible for accessibility in their own country.
